Fully stripped out, walls plastered , new ceiling with lighting and flooring along with a fully fitted kitchen including appliances. Workmanship was great and so was the price. There were a couple of issues with parts but the boys kept mum up to date and fully informed every step of the way. She is elderly and lives alone and they were so polite and respectful that I trusted them completely and so did mum. Would definitely recommend them.read more

doesn't recommendsHad a fully fitted bathroom, and the shower base creaks badly when in use. Prior to work being done they could not gave... been nicer and initially I thought they done an amazing job but 4 months when the noises started and you raise your concerns, is when a company can show their worth.
Initially told if they came out to visually inspect it (without lifting the shower base) and could not see any issues, I would need to pay for their time - job was completed ~4months by this point. Was spoken over constatly, and accused of doing the same when trying to get a word in to make counter arguments - it got to the point we were just talking at each other. When I voiced my frustrations and displeasure at their response, it was taken as if I was personally attacking them (they really laboured this to the point I felt it was simply a tactic to move the conversation away from the problem, onto me) - terrible aftersales customer service.
I have lived in this house since 2006 and there were never these types of issues until this company ripped out the old bathroom and fitted the new one. Company thinks its my house, possibly floorboards but as stated, never an issue previously. I am sure they will respond with their criticims and counter points against the above but this is my experience. We were initially going to ask them to do the kitchen as that was the next job but will not be doing that and will not be recommending to others based on my experience.read more
