We’ve just had a new kitchen supplied and fitted by Hamilton Bathroom & Kitchen Centre and we are absolutely delighted... with it. Everything went smoothly from our first meeting with David to completion by the fitting team. Our old kitchen was completely ripped out, flooring lifted and replaced and all new plastering, ceiling, electrics and appliances. This review is on behalf of my mum Marion Bushnell. The team at Hamilton Bathroom & Kitchen Centre did an amazing job... on her kitchen in November 2023. Fully stripped out, walls plastered , new ceiling with lighting and flooring along with a fully fitted kitchen including appliances. Workmanship was great and so was the price. There were a couple of issues with parts but the boys kept mum up to date and fully informed every step of the way. She is elderly and lives alone and they were so polite and respectful that I trusted them completely and so did mum. Would definitely recommend them.read more

Attentive honest and good value for money, David and the team measured supplied and fitted my new kitchen and its just been completed this week. Thank you to Steven and his brother (fitters) the super plasterer and Nicky the spark all friendly have a great eye for detail and proud of the job they do.
Theres not many companies out there actually do what they promise, this one absolutley does! Thanks for making my journey trouble free when i wasnt in the best of health.

This company has been recommended to me by a friend who recently had her bathroom completed by them, so i was able to... see the quality of work first hand. Professional service from planning to completion. I had lots of problems with leaking pipes and my floor had been damaged badly with the water, a real mess. It was no problem for the guys, they worked efficiently, were clean, tidy and the end result was superb. The bathroom is stunning and surpassed my expectations. The new bathroom is stunning. I live in a 1960’s apartment block of over 40 flats so I was really anxious about the... noise and disturbance to other residents especially as two bathrooms in the building were going to be done at the same time by the same company, Hamilton Bathrooms & Kitchens. I needn't have worried, the fitters were very experienced and aware of the possible disturbance their work might cause. The quality of their work was second to none. Naveed came out to house to measure up and then we went into the... showroom where he discussed options and cost answering any questions that we had. The team who came out to fit the bathroom were friendly and highly skilled in fitting and tiling. They were also hardworking and quick, finishing earlier than expected. After visiting several showrooms we came across Hamilton bathroom and kitchen centre. On speaking to the showroom staff... we knew straight away this was the place for us. The quality of materials is second to none and everything was done exactly when it was supposed to be. The fitters were neat and tidy and left us with temporary facilities while we waited on our worktops. Would definitely recommend to anyone else wanting a quality kitchen. Had a fully fitted bathroom, and the shower base creaks badly when in use. Prior to work being done they could not gave... been nicer and initially I thought they done an amazing job but 4 months when the noises started and you raise your concerns, is when a company can show their worth.
Initially told if they came out to visually inspect it (without lifting the shower base) and could not see any issues, I would need to pay for their time - job was completed ~4months by this point. Was spoken over constatly, and accused of doing the same when trying to get a word in to make counter arguments - it got to the point we were just talking at each other. When I voiced my frustrations and displeasure at their response, it was taken as if I was personally attacking them (they really laboured this to the point I felt it was simply a tactic to move the conversation away from the problem, onto me) - terrible aftersales customer service.
I have lived in this house since 2006 and there were never these types of issues until this company ripped out the old bathroom and fitted the new one. Company thinks its my house, possibly floorboards but as stated, never an issue previously. I am sure they will respond with their criticims and counter points against the above but this is my experience. Decided on new kitchen……..David measured, advised, and quoted within couple of days….Installation of new kitchen... scheduled for week commencing 7th November, and I have to say absolutely everything went according to plan ! Units and appliances delivered on time, Stephen carried out the installation, his team arrived early every morning, and worked tirelessly throughout the day. My father in law had a new bathroom installed in august excellent work as was communication by Davy
on Friday there... was a problem with the tap on the wash hand basin we called Davy and by his word the tap was fully replaced
